Service centre is the original production program of the company VARIAKOV a.s. It offers services in the field of cutting and bending by using different technologies depending on customer requirements.

Sheet dividing by burning
  • by oxygen
    • from construction steel sheets (class 10, 11) in thicknesses up to 350 mm
    • working table size to 6000x12000 mm (4 burners) - suitable for shape and longitudinal cutting (number of machines 3 pcs)
    • working table size to 3000x12500 mm (10 burners) - suitable for longitudinal sheet cutting (strips)
  • by plasma
    • construction steel (class 10, 11) up to 32 mm
    • stainless steel up to 25 mm
    • table working dimension is 1500x3000 mm
  • by laser
    • PRIMA POWER PLATINO HS 1530 – CP 4000 W
    • construction steel (class 10, 11) up to 15 mm
    • stainless steel up to 10 mm
    • table working dimension is 1540x3040 mm
Sheet dividing by cutting
  • sheet cutting up to 16 mm in length up to 3 m

Bending
  • bending CNC by folding press WARCOM 400 t in the length of 5000 mm
  • sheet straightening – sheet straightening line from 5 to 20 mm in the width of 3200 mm
